Carrie received her Masters in Health Promotion from the University of Montana in 2008 and has since gained experience managing and planning health programs on state, national and local levels. Growing up swimming competitively, she gained a love of the triathlon sport during college which taught her valuable lessons about balancing health and fitness with work and play, as well as the importance of teamwork. She believes wellness involves the mind, body and spirit, and the most important part – healthy food. She became a healthy food spokesman and enthusiast.
